REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that unexpected situations can sometimes arise. We're here to help!

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Once you receive your order, please check within 14 days of delivery for any missing items or damage during transport. If so, please let us know. We kindly ask that you document the damage to the product and packaging, preferably in the presence of the delivery driver, so we can process your refund fairly. Depending on the product and your preference, we will refund a portion of the order amount or send a replacement part for the damaged part. The original product packaging must be retained for any claim for compensation.

UNDAMAGED PRODUCT

If your order consists of standard products, you can cancel your purchase and return it without giving a reason within 14 days of the delivery date. Nivo4 will then refund the order amount within 30 days of the return. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an undamaged product.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours , as all products go into production the following day. Once an order is placed, time and resources are allocated to processing it. After 24 hours of placing the order, no refunds are given and no exceptions are possible, as the product has already gone into production.

ENGRAVINGS / PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Due to the personalized nature of some products on our website, it is important to know the following:
Our money-back guarantee does not apply to personalized products. If you do not receive your personalized item as advertised, we will replace it immediately. Orders are engraved exactly as they are delivered to us . If you intended the engraving to be different from what you received, no refund will be given. Additionally, due to the personalized nature of these products, fonts and the final engraving of monograms may vary slightly from what is shown on the website.

REFUND

All refunds will be processed within 30 days of your request being accepted.

EXTENSIVE INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

A customer who is a consumer or enjoys consumer rights can cancel the agreement within 14 days after delivery without giving any reason. To do so, the customer must contact Nivo4 in writing at the store address or by email at info@nivo4.nl to submit a cancellation statement and then return the goods.

If you wish to submit a declaration of withdrawal, please contact our customer service at info@nivo4.nl .
The deadline is considered met if the declaration of revocation is sent in writing or by e-mail no later than the last day of the 14-day period .
After receiving the revocation by email, the store will immediately confirm this by sending a confirmation to the consumer's email address.
A revocation submitted after this period will have no legal effect.

The goods must be returned unaltered and complete , without any signs of use , unless this was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. The consumer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
If the returned goods are incomplete or show signs of excessive use, the store reserves the right to refuse the shipment or reduce the refund amount in proportion to the damage.

The goods must be returned, along with the cancellation policy, to the store's warehouse address within 14 days of cancellation (after contacting customer service at info@nivo4.nl ). The consumer is solely responsible for the direct shipping costs of the return.

In case of revocation , all payments , including shipping costs, will be refunded immediately but no later than 30 days after receipt of the declaration of revocation.
Refunds for payments made by credit card or electronic transfer will be made to the same bank account from which the payment originated, unless the customer expressly provides a different refund address at no extra cost.

The store may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the customer has supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
