1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders, purchases and agreements between Nivo4 and the customer through the website [ www.nivo4.nl ] (the β€œWebsite”), managed via the Shopify platform.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Offer and information

We do our best to display all product information, prices and inventory statuses correctly.
However, errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them.
Images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from actual product.

3. Prices and payments

  • All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is made via the available payment methods on the website (such as Shopify Payments, iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).

  • An order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

  • Any shipping costs will be listed separately at checkout.

4. Order and delivery

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe.

  • Delivery will take place at the address you specified.

  • Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a track & trace link.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason.

  • After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the products.

  • The products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

  • The costs for return shipping are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Once we have received the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons (such as opened cosmetics).

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Digital downloads or products whose delivery has begun immediately with your consent.

7. Warranty and complaints

  • We apply the statutory warranty: the product must meet reasonable expectations.

  • Do you have a complaint or a defect? ​​Please contact us at info@nivo4.nl with your order number and a description of the problem.

  • We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

If a product turns out to be defective due to a manufacturing error, we will arrange for repair, replacement or refund.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, such as consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

  • This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.

9. Privacy

We value your privacy.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .
Our webshop runs on Shopify , which acts as a data processor and complies with international privacy legislation.

10. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as strikes, natural disasters, disruptions, or pandemics), we are not obligated to fulfill our obligations. In that case, we may suspend or terminate the agreement without compensation.

11. Intellectual property

All texts, images, logos and designs on the website are the property of Nivo4 or its suppliers.
It is not permitted to copy or use these without written permission.

12. Applicable law

This agreement is exclusively governed by Dutch law .
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where we have our registered office.
